General Terms and Conditions of Sale of Placing Solutions S.L.

Sect. 1 Validity for Businessmen and Definition of Terms

(1) The following General Terms and Conditions of Sale will apply to all the deliveries made between our company and consumers. The valid version of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale will be those in force when the order is made.

(2) „Consumer“, for the purposes of the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale, will be any individual that enters into a transaction for a purpose other than a business or freelance professional activity.

 

Sect. 2 Entering into agreements, storage of the written agreement

(1) The following rules for entering into agreements will apply for the orders made through our online store: http://www.scanit24-shop.com.

(2) In the case of entering into an agreement, this agreement will be entered into with

(3) The display of products on our online store is not to be considered as a legally binding offer provided by our company, but an invitation with no obligation to the consumer to order products only. By ordering products, the consumer makes a binding offer for himself/herself to enter into a purchase agreement.

(4) In the case that our online store receives an order, the following rules will apply: The consumer makes a binding offer upon successfully completing the steps established for placing orders of products through our online store.

The steps required to place orders are listed below:

1) To choose the product.

2) To confirm the order by clicking on “Add to basket”

3) To verify the data on the basket.

4) To click on „Checkout“.

5) To enter the consumer’s personal details.

6) To verify again or to revise the data entered.

7) Final submission of the legally binding order.

Before the final submission of the order, i.e. the legally binding order, you, as a consumer, may click on the “Back” button on you web browser after checking your details, go back to the page where your data were processed and revise the errors of the data entered or cancel the order by closing the web browser. We will immediately confirm that the order has been successfully placed by sending an automatically generated email (“order confirmation”). By sending this order confirmation email we are accepting your offer.

(5) Storage of the written agreement in connection with orders placed through our online store: We store the written agreement of the order and submit the data of the order and our General Terms and Conditions of Sale by email. The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are available at all times on http://scanit24-shop.com/agb/.

Your previous orders can be also consulted in the customer’s area on My Account – My orders.

Sect. 3 Prices, delivery cost, payment, expiration

(1) The prices displayed on our online store include the statutory Added Value Tax and any other elements comprising the price. The appropriate delivery costs will be added to these prices.

(2) The consumer will be able to choose any of the following method of payments:
Advance payment, charge to account or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

(3) In the case that the consumer chooses to pay in advance, the consumer undertakes to pay the price immediately after entering into the agreement.

Sect. 4 Delivery

(1) Unless otherwise stated, all the items offered by our company are ready for shipment.

(2) In the case that the consumer has chosen to pay the order in advance, the items will not be shipped until we have received the payment.

Sect. 5 Reserve of Ownership

We reserve the right of ownership on the items until we have received the full price of the order.

Sect. 6 Right to Return Items

Right to Return Items

You may return the items you have received without any explanation within a term of 14 days by simply sending the items back.

The term to return the items will start after this information is received in writing (for instance, by means of a letter, fax or email) but not before the addressee receives the items (for any series of deliveries of similar items, not before the addressee receives the first partial order) and not before we have complied with our obligations to provide information in accordance with Section 246, article 2 along with article 1, paragraphs 1 and 2 of the  Introductory Act to the German Civil Code (EGBGB, in German), as well as our statutory obligations provided for in articles 312 g, paragraph 1, point 1, of the German Civil Code along with Section 246, article 3 of the EGBGB. Only for the cases that the items cannot be sent back by a package (bulky packages), you may demand to return the items by sending a written request for the return of the items. In order to comply with the term mentioned above, sending the items back or the written request for the return of the items within the said term will suffice.

For all the cases, the items will be returned at our own cost and risk.

Consequences of the Return of Items

In the case that any items are effectively returned, each party will be refunded or returned the considerations previously received or, if applicable, the benefits obtained as a result of its use will be returned. In the case of deterioration of any item or in the case of uses (for instance, advantages obtained as a result of its use) that cannot be returned and for which only one part or the deteriorated item can be returned, the value of that element must be replaced. In case of deterioration of any item, the value of it must be replaced in the case that such deterioration has resulted from a treatment of the item that goes beyond the use to check its features and operation. “Checking the features and the operation” of any item means to test the item according to the possible and usual manners to test items in stores. The obligations related to the reimbursement of the payments must be complied with within a term of 30 days.

The term to return the items or the submit the request to return items will start for you at the very moment when you receive the items.

Sect. 7 Language of the Agreement
